CLOROTEC® technology
Systems designed to produce sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid and chlorine in adaptable configurations.
Plastic bipolar cells
A reinforced plastic electrolytic cell module with titanium electrodes, activated anodes, nickel cathodes and a high-efficiency membrane.
Capacity: basic plant for 50 t/day of 13% sodium hypochlorite, expandable by adding further units.
High-resistance plastic material
Injection-molded cells resistant to chlor‑alkali products and temperatures up to 120 °C, with the mechanical strength required for serial arrangements.
Capacity: from a single module to larger production arrangements, with a range of up to 25 t/day of 100% chlorine gas.
Metallic bipolar cells
Two independent 35-cell modules designed to produce sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid through an integrated HCl synthesis unit.
Capacity: 10 t/day of 32% caustic soda and 10 t/day of 32% hydrochloric acid at 3,000 A D.C.
Hypochlorite production
Two 20-cell metallic modules with an integrated plant for the production of 13% sodium hypochlorite solution.
Capacity: 30 t/day at 3,000 A D.C.; two additional modules can double capacity.
Expandable system
Two 22-cell metallic modules and a plant sized for the continuous production of 13% sodium hypochlorite.
Capacity: 33 t/day; expandable to 35 cells per module and up to 52 t/day.
Integrated skid system
An integrated hydraulic skid where chlorine and caustic soda react continuously to maintain a constant concentration.
Capacity: 60 t/day of 13% sodium hypochlorite solution.
Modular configuration
Titanium and nickel metallic bipolar cells with visible flows, independent sampling and a high-efficiency membrane.
Capacity: 0.5 to 25 t/day of Cl₂ with modular arrangements starting at 3,000 A D.C.
